  • Must haves: Minimum 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. High-end finishes and amenities that can include gourmet kitchens, gym, private pools and hot tubs, expansive outdoor spaces, and other features. 

🔸 STEP 2: Once you have found a vacation home that you would like to purchase: 

We’ll then introduce you to our local real estate partners to assist with the purchase. After closing, we will lease your new home so you can enjoy fixed rental income, a dedicated team to handle property management, vetted LuxJB guests, flexible owner usage.

*Ensuring your home is eligible for short term rentals: We’ll handle any short-term rental permits and licenses, ensuring the property complies with local regulations.
