Will The Villa Be Cleaned And Sanitized Before My Arrival?

Yes. Before your arrival, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our professionally trained housekeepers, with pristine linens and towels provided. Most stays include weekly housekeeping, and some of our BH mansions offer daily maid service at no extra charge. If you prefer, additional housekeeping service can be requested for an additional fee.

What Should You Expect Prior To Arrival And At Check-In?

A digital house manual will be shared 48 hours before your arrival, covering villa features, access codes, Wi-Fi passwords, nearby grocery stores, and more. A hard copy of the manual will also be available at the villa. Upon arrival, our villa manager will greet you and walk you through the house manual to ensure a comfortable stay. Our villa managers will also be available to answer any specific questions you may have during your stay.
