Choose from BBQ, Asian, Mexican, and Italian Cuisine, or special organic diet menus. Our chefs will even craft signature cocktails and offer a fine selection of wine.

- $2,500 + 20% gratuity / day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
- 2 days minimum.

- All expenses for groceries & beverages are to be covered by the guest.

Daily Maid & House Keeping

LuxJB's house-keeping team has garnered an outstanding reputation through 5-star customer reviews. Our highly trained in-house cleaners deliver top-notch house keeping and maid services during our guests' stay:

🔹 Daily Maid Service: Start at $500/per service (vary depending on the villa). Service includes cleaning the house, kitchen, bathrooms, making beds, and restocking toiletries & essentials. Towels & sheets are NOT washed or CHANGED. Service duration: approx. 2 hours. (Team of 2)

🔹 House-keeping Service: Start at $550/per service (vary depending on the villa). Includes all services provided in the Daily Maid Service. Additionally, towels and sheets are changed. Service duration: approx. 3 hours. (Team of 3)

*For BH Flats Mansions (Ruya, Gemma, Mandarin, Colette & Javu), HK Service Fees start at $850.

Enjoy in-home massage therapy customized to your individual needs with Luxjb’s highly qualified therapist Ms. Leela. Pamper yourself with an expert masseuse trained in many types of massage services, specialized in therapeutic, full body and deep tissue. Whether you’re looking to target specific pain areas or receive full-body treatment, Ms. Leela is dedicated to meeting your needs. Organic oils are used for all sessions.

In-Home Massage Therapy

Pool & Spa Heating

POOL HEATING: $400 for the first day, $200 per day for subsequent days. (48 hour advance notice is required)

🔹 POOL HEAT: 8 am to 10 pm.
🔹 SPA HEAT: 5 pm - 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). SPA heating hours may not be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As it’s an IN POOL-SPA)

We offer travel protection as a way for you to help protect yourself and your trip investment. The plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events.
