ASIAN MENU / SUSHI MAKING

Hand-roll your own sushi and nigiri. Learn to craft perfect rolls and nigiri while enjoying a 3-course gourmet meal and premium sake in the comfort of your own villa. Guests are guided through sushi rice, nori handling, fresh fish preparation, hand roll building, maki rolling, classic technique, modern flavor layering, sauces, toppings, and final plating.

CLASS FLOW / INTERACTIVE LAYOUT

1. Welcome & Station Setup
Chef introduction, sanitation, bamboo mats, nori, seasoned rice, sauce mise en place, chopsticks, and guest workstation orientation.

2. Sushi Rice Foundation
Rice temperature, seasoning balance, hand-wetting, texture, and proper rice spread for classic maki and inside-out rolls.

3. Hand Roll Experience
Guests build cone-style temaki with fish, vegetables, crunch, sauce, herbs, citrus, and premium garnish options.

4. Maki Rolling Technique
Traditional nori-out rolls, inside-out rolls, rolling tension, clean slicing, sesame/furikake coating, plating, and sauce finishing.

5. Creative Roll Challenge
Guests create a signature roll with CKL sauces, fresh fish, vegetables, spice, crunch, citrus, and modern presentation.

Sushi-grade tuna, salmon, hamachi or seasonal white fish options; cooked shrimp, crab-style filling, or tofu available by request.
