Both are modern, luxury estates. Surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery, gated for ultimate privacy and security.
Featuring 12 bedrooms, accommodating 26 guests, providing much more space and luxury features compared to any rental in Los Angeles. Together, they feature 2 master suites, 2 backyards, 2 pools, 2 kitchens and 13 beds.
High-end finishes and technology including Smart Home System. Sliding glass doors flow out to the patio, soaring ceilings, open floor plan with gourmet kitchens, stainless steel Miele appliances, large center islands.
Villa Pasha* serves as the heart of your stay, featuring a large living room, spacious backyard, detached guest house, and movie room. Both properties include dedicated workspaces and expansive living areas to ensure complete privacy and comfort.
*Due to maximum capacity limitations, the whole group can only gather at Villa Pasha as it is a much larger property compared to Villa Bond.
Many elite travelers find that renting these two villas is more cost-effective than booking our 8+ bedroom mansions, which start at $15,000 per night.
