Daily Maid Service
Turndown Service includes light cleaning, bed making (with sheet changes every 3 days), towel refresh, sanitizing bathrooms, tidying up common areas, taking out trash, and cleaning the kitchens.

Butler Service
Our butler service delivers a refined experience tailored for discerning guests. Our butlers are seasoned estate managers with extensive experience serving UHNW families and managing luxury properties to the highest standards.
From daily coordination to managing schedules, reservations and special requests, our butlers ensure every detail runs smoothly. They oversee staff, coordinate with our chefs and housekeeping, manage inventories and maintain flawless standards throughout your stay. From $1,200/day
Pool & Spa Heating
Enjoy a heated pool and jacuzzi year-round for a warm, relaxing experience. Ideal for families with kids and infants. 48 hours’ advance notice required.
From $200/day (vary depending on villa)
– Pool Heat: 8 am to 10 pm.
– Spa Heat: 5 pm – 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). Spa heating hours may not be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. As they’re in pool-spas.

Our drivers will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your villa.

From $150/hour + 20% gratuity, with a 6-hour minimum / day. Maximum capacity is 6 passengers.
Travel Insurance
Get reimbursed if you cancel your stay due to illness, flight delays, and more. Specially designed and provided by Generali for LuxJB’s guests with additional benefits. Each plan comes with a 24-hour emergency hotline, concierge services, and roadside assistance and covers all the people staying with you.
The plan includes coverage for the loss of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if your trip is canceled or interrupted due to certain unforeseeable events.
