NO Booking Fees
The base rates* listed on our website (start at) are already 10–20% lower for direct bookings, as they exclude agent commissions, third-party markups, and platform fees like those on Airbnb or VRBO. Additional discounts are not offered.

We Are The Owners
Unlike others, we’re the owners, not a concierge company. Booking directly with us means guests avoid commissions(10% to 30%) typically charged by Airbnb/VRBO, concierge & VR companies.

Due to high demand, access granted to a chosen few, as we carefully curate each stay to ensure it aligns with the elevated standards we uphold. Popularity, financial status alone don’t guarantee a booking.

You will be directly in touch with us, ensuring a smooth and seamless process before, during, and after the booking. This means there is no middleman—no delayed responses, no “double bookings,” no last-minute host cancellations, and no inaccurate or missing amenities (false advertising) that you might typically experience with Airbnb rentals or VRC.

Size Matters – L.A’s Largest Villas
Our villas and mansions aren’t just big—they’re in a league of their own. Our villas offer up to 8 beds and can accommodate up to 16 guests, while our mansions feature up to 11 beds and can accommodate up to 18 guests. Lot sizes vary from 6,000 sqft to 3 acres.

Most stays include weekly housekeeping, and our mansions come with a daily maid service. Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
All Services Are In-House
Our goal is to ensure the utmost comfort for our guests. Maid service, private chef, airport transfers, yoga instructor, massage therapist, and personal trainer services are all provided in-house.
